My place is right In the heart of the city, in “El Carmen”, steps from The Cathedral, Central Market, “Plaza de la Virgen” and the rest of the main attractions. Valencia is one of the biggest cities on the mediterranean sea, so you are also next to the beach

It's situated in a quiet pedestrian street in a building from 1890. It has more than 120m2. So lot of space. Historically this place used to be the residence of eclectic artists.

The neighborhood “El Carmen” is the famous old town district with rich nightlife - restaurants, bars, pubs, disco and clubs. You can find everything from most sophisticated to underground.

Main bedroom is furnished with double bed 150x200 cm. It has a balcony with views to the Micalet tower. Linked to this room there is a large 35sqm living/dining area in loft style. Then ther are other 2 bedrooms with balcony and big window and again fully furnished

The space is bright with big windows and airy with the traditional high ceilings, build with mosaic floors.

You can also cook by yourself in fully equipped kitchen and wash your clothes in the washing machine. Bathroom with shower is obviously also included

There is WI-FI Internet for free in the flat. Metro station connected to airport is 8 mins by walking.
