Modern house within easy reach of Copenhagen and 300 meters/yards to a good beach. We are four people living here and there is plenty of room. 120 sq meters. The kitchen is designed as a New York City loft. The main part of the house is only 15 years old so everything is new and works well. All amenities, internet, TV, cable etc. Very close to bird sanctuary and pristine beach with child-friendly, shallow water. The house is situated on edge of a small forest. The motorway brings you to Copenhagen in 35 minutes. We can swap car, or you can rent our car, as rental here is rather expensive. We would like to swap with Florida in week 7,8 or 9 (middle - late February) 2016.
