CENTRAL OREGON COAST
Out of the HEAT and TSUNAMI zone! Wonderful place to spend the summer and autumn months. Home is in an upscale neighborhood and has a peek of the Bay. Walk around the "circle" while you view and listen to the ocean. Walk across the Alsea Bay Bridge for coffee and scones and a little further to the beach (uncluttered and unpopulated). Bring your dogs and let them walk--leash free--on the beach. It is awesome here! Drive South to Heceta Head Lighthouse, Cape Perpetua, and Sea Lion Caves. Drive North to Yaquina Head Lighthouse, Nye Beach and the Historic Bay Front of Newport.

Life is simple and beautiful here. This is a great place to get out of the rat-race and "back to yourself."

You won't find better weather in the summer and autumn months. Warm during the day and cool at night. Open the window a bit and listen to the tree tops in the breeze while you fall asleep. Air conditioning is not needed...EVER.
