HOUSE DESCRIPTION:
Spend your next vacation in our newly renovated, professionally decorated/furnished house. The house has hard wood floors, new carpet, tiled bathrooms, Fine Art, mostly new furniture, fresh linens & towels, cookware, dishes and much more. We have 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms and can sleep 9 people comfortably in beds. The house is nestled in the woods with pine trees towering above and we are located on a dead end street so traffic is minimal (great for those with kids). Prefect for your "Mountain Vacation”. Amazing location for summer or winter rentals. We are only 5 miles to the casinos and Heavenly. We have many restaurants all around us. You can ride your bike to the best beaches of Tahoe, Camp Richardson, and Falling Leaf Lake.

*Living room has TV w/ cable, DVD, and surround sound sterio system. There is a large sectional sofa and “The Snuggler”, which is a Recliner that fits two people. The wood-burning stove/fireplace is perfect for those cold winter nights.
*Our dining area has a new table and our kitchen fully equipped.
*The 150 square foot DECK is nestled in the woods with trees towering above which has a gas grill for your cooking pleasure and horseshoes for playing.
*Garage parking for 2 car and driveway parking for 2 more cars.
