This property is located centrally to Downtown Seattle, it is an older home but with Sweeping BEAUTIFUL views of the Downtown Skyline in a very serene and beautiful area in Seattle. It will be ready for a homestay/swap in Early February we are looking to swap for Places in Spain or Mexico.

This is a Completely Furnished home available for your use with all amenities. Including a house maintainance and Cleaning Every 2 days. The Car that is included has a Gas Card that you are able to use for your Fuel Needs and is fully insured with your information for your stay. You will need a Credit Card that will be Authorized in advance for $20,000.00 US.

You also will have a Gym Membership at the local Gym for up to 2 people included in your stay package.

This is an All inclusive Home stay. Food will be provided on a Weekly basis based on a menu you provide in advance for your stay.

We also have a Car available with the home that you can use at your convenience. It ias a Chevrolet Trailblazer (SUV), you will need to have Insurance in the State of Washington but the car is part of the package.
