Up for your pleasure is our Charming and cozy home on the Beaverkill river in beautiful Roscoe, NY (also known as Troutown USA). Rejuvenate in the peaceful and serene setting with fresh air, breathtaking mountain views and abundant sunshine. This home has been newly remodeled and is at the end of a private road, and adjoins public land, hiking trails and the river. It offers two bedrooms, an open living room/dining room area that overlooks the river, fully equipped kitchen, bath (with bathtub & shower), full size washing machine and dryer, and an awesome deck/porch which feels like you're right on the Beaverkill. There is a TV with a DVD player and VCR, stereo, phone, BBQ grill, outdoor fire pit and the pure natural beauty of the country. Central air conditioning and two forms of heat throughout the entire house. The water is shallow at the land-line and gradually gets deeper so it is perfect for the little ones.

Can sleep up to 10 people but is also cozy, private and romantic for 2. Each bedroom has two twin beds (for separate sleepers) and has the kit to have one never-ending king-size bed. Each bedroom also has a large closet, bedside tables with lighting, dresser with six drawers and additional seating and ceiling fan with lights. In the living room there are 3 pull-out futons that can sleep 6 guests (in addition to the 4 people that can comfortably sleep in the bedrooms).

There is a treadmill and rowing machine for your exercise while indoors.

Approximately 2 hours from NYC.

Everything is nearby!!! Great for biking, hiking, fishing, camping, hunting, skiing, romance, water fun, antiquing, quads, go carts, bumper cars, the Monticello racetrack/Casino and summer stock.

Enjoy the awesome summer or the autumn leaves or book for the rapidly approaching beautiful winter season as well.
