The Cliffs Condo's are located in Princeville on the scenic north shore of Kauai where the tropical ambiance is at its best. This area of Hawaii is famous due to movies such as Jurassic Park and South Pacific. There are over 20 beaches within a 30 minute drive of the Cliffs -- from secluded and romantic to lifeguarded and popular. Princeville is a modern resort community perched on a bluff 200 feet above the pacific ocean. While the area boasts over 1000 condo apartments, fewer than 200 have an ocean view. The area was developed in the 1970's and remains in first class condition. The Princeville Resort is anchored by the world renown 5 star Princeville Hotel. The area is home to 45 holes of championship golf. While most of the Princeville seacost is lava rock, there are some lovely beaches. There is a small shopping district.


3 miles to the west is the famous town of Hanalei. It has a quaint village atmosphere, tourist oriented shopping, many activities, a wide variety of dining, and many fine beaches.
