My bright, cozy, clean, quiet one bedroom apartment located on 99th St. and Lexington Avenue in Manhattan is available from August 23rd to September 7th 2014 for $150 per night + $100 exit cleaning fee. The building is very quiet and safe, and is located at the corner of 99th St. and Lexington Avenue, three blocks from the 96th St. station of the 6 subway line. The apartment is only one flight up and it has one bedroom with a queen size bed, LED/HDTV Smart TV, DVD player, and a small desk with a chair; a bathroom with shower and bathtub; a kitchen with a dining table and everything you could need to cook and eat; a living room with a full size futon sofa bed, etc.; and a small studio with a desk and the closet. There is cable TV and WiFi. The apartment is very clean and cozy, and has lots of windows with southern exposure which makes it very bright. You will find sheets, towels and everything you will need for your stay. It is very close to Central Park, the museum mile, restaurants, stores, supermarkets, and everything else that you could need. There is no smoking in the apartment.
