My studio apartment is conveniently located in Mid-Town Manhattan, ideally suited for vacation or business trips. You are just 4 blocks from Times Square with all it's energy, right in the middle of the theatre district, walking distance to all the major museums and to Restaurant Row. And the big plus is that the studio is lovely and QUIET!

My building is a luxury building that has been featured in a TV documentary, and has been credited with the start of the gentrification of the area.

The site of the old Madison Square Gardens, it is an entire city block that was demolished and rebuilt in 1989. The building is seven stories high and runs around the city block, with gardens in the middle that are private to the apartments.

The neighborhood has many excellent food shops and restaurants. The building has 24 hour security with a doorman and a concierge.

My condo is on the second floor with a secure patio which opens onto the central gardens.

It is very quiet with a large studio room and separate bathroom and kitchen.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, range and fridge with ice-maker.

This apartment is ideal for two people who are happy to share a room but do not want to share a bed as the main studio has a queen size bed and a double sofa bed. There is also a dining table and chairs, TV, music centre, phone and fax.

All towels and linens are provided and there is maid service before and after your stay.

There is a laundry room just down the hall, and I can arrange for extra maid service if you wish.
