Our cottage was built on the Indian River lagoon in the 1940's as a fisherman's retreat. We have renovated it, keeping its traditional charm, but adding modern comforts. It is small and snug and has an unparalleled view of the natural beauty of coastal Florida. From the deck, the garden and the dock you can watch exquisite dawns, dolphin, manatees, and all sorts of birdlife. One sea mile away is the Atlantic ocean inlet; an easy ride by boat or kayak. One mile away is the town of Sebastian with stores, banks, hospital,restaurants.
