The best view on the Island- right outside our door. There you will be surrounded by a private, pristine lagoon that wraps around our villa. Watch the pelican feast on mullet or be amused by the nesting heron. Nighttime visitors include deer and raccoon. In the morning you may find the alligators sunning themselves in the back yard. From the king-size bed to the washer and dryer, the pulsating showerhead to the fully-equipped kitchen, our charming villa has all of the amenities a discriminating vacationer is looking for. To further enhance your stay, our villa comes with Resort privileges: free access to all of the pools, including the two just across the street overlooking the Ocean, free shuttle service and discounted golf and Island activities. Amenities: Sleeps 4 (it has a fold-out sleeper sofa in the living room). The bedroom boasts a charming, comfortable king-size bed, color TV with remote, and walk-in closet with iron & ironing board.

The bathroom includes tub & shower with pulsating head, linens and hair dryer.

The comfortable living room includes a sofa sleeper and entertainment center with color TV, VCR and stereo. Just off the living room, for your pleasure, is a furnished, screened-in porch with closet washer & dryer.

Fully appointed, the kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and disposal.

Activities: Rent through us and use your resort privileges for pool and Island activities or choose to enjoy the 10 miles of clean, pristine beach so firm you can rid your bike on it. Besides the 2 world-class tennis facilities and 5 championship golf courses, the Island features over 30 miles of paved bike path that winds throughout the Island. Night Heron Park offers basketball courts, soccer fields and picnic area as well as a nature center where you can arrange to rent canoes and kayaks. In the summer the park offers activities such as Kamp Kawah for kids, poolside trivia, ice cream socials, summerfests, cookouts and nightly entertainment.

Area: Nearby Seabrook Island offers charter fishing, boat rentals and horseback riding.

Area attractions include Magnolia Gardens, Patriot's Point and Angel Oak to name a few.

Historic Charleston is only 19 miles away. Take a walking or carriage tour, visit its many antique shops, theatres, galleries, museums and upscale shops. Your plans should include a walk by the Battery and Market district with dinner at one of its many fine restaurants.

Of course, you may like us and never want to leave the Island.
