Vacation in my wonderful beach house, perfect for two small families to share. It is well maintained with comfortable and fresh furnishings, upper and lower decks on all sides, a peaceful screen porch with lounges, well equipped kitchen with new appliances, and the most spectacular views of ocean, bay, and wildlife sanctuary. 15 yards to a sandy beach and the Atlantic Ocean; 2 minutes to the Great South Bay. it is the kind of place where families make memories. Lots of beach toys for kids, library for adults, Bose CD system, through the door water and ice refrigerator, ceramic cooktop, etc. All bedrooms have sliders to deck, porch. Fabulous outside h/c shower and sink. Bikes, beach chairs/umbrellas, lounges on all decks. Baby proof upper deck and inside stairs. Cribs available, 2 high chairs, booster seat.

About Vacation Rentals Owners/Managers :

My home is family friendly as I have brought my children, who now bring their children here for over 30 years. I am a designer who lives in NYC. My home on Fire Island is used by my family between renters, so I keep it in excellent condition. It has natural wood floors throughout, white walls on the upper level, grey walls on the lower level and the most fabulous outside h/c shower you will ever use! The views are truly spectacular and the house is very private as there is only one house on one side. There are gardens on the other sides.
