Colorado Mountain Condo- Summmer and Winter FUN! Ski/ Snowboard at Keystone (closest building to the Gondola -100 steps) - Breckenridge, Copper, Arapahoe Basin and Vail within 30 minutes- Golf, Ice Skate, Hike, Horseback riding, Wildflowers, Mt Bike, Sail, Fish The gondola runs in the summer for Mt biking or hiking.
This condo is in the nicest and most requested complex in River Run. Pool with slide, kiddie pool, 2 hot tubs, ski locker, under ground parking, BBQs, pool room, steam room, fitness area, children's play area, great restaurants, festival weekends all summer.

This two bedroom condo is a one bedroom and a studio with an connecting door. It can be rented as a studio, 1 BD or a 2BD. The studio has a queen murphy bed and a queen sleeper with a very comfy inflatable air chamber in the sleeper mattresses, full bath, sink and fridge. The one bedroom has a deck overlooking the pool, a queen bed in the bedroom, and a queen sleeper, a gas fireplace, and a full kitchen. 3 TVs-2 are Flatscreen, Coin op Washer/Dryer on the same floor
