Villa Nova, 4 bed/3bath beautiful spacious villa in a quiet area with south facing pool overlooking the wetlands but only 10 minutes from Disney, 20 from Sea world and Orlando International Airport.
Large great room with 2 love seats and a queen sofa bed,TV, DVD, Radio and Wifi access, dining areas, fully fitted kitchen, 2 ensuite queen bedrooms with TV/DVD, overlooking the pool and decking, 2 further twin bedrooms to side and front, middle with crib, front with direct bathroom access and TV point. All floors tiled with rugs bar the bedrooms which are carpeted. Small subdivision of 96 homes, 12 in our area to the rear.

Language of communication: English but basic French and german spoken.

Max. Number of Guests: 10 Bedrooms: 4 Bathrooms: 3.0

Prices do vary according to season but average at $600 per week + Florida taxes at 12% and pool heating, if required, at $140 per week.
$100 if dog/cat in the party.

Spacious Villa close to a new mall, stores etc. Great for that away from it all feel but so near to all amenities, Kissimmee, Disney, International drive etc.

About Vacation Rentals Owners/Managers :

We are at the 'silver' time of life, live in Southern England, and bought the villa for a home from home in the warmth of Florida where we mean to spend at least 3 month each year once both retired. Presently we spend a couple of 2 week breaks yearly as do family and friends.
