We have 2-Types of apartments:

Type# 1: Has a queens size bed in the Master Bedroom and a comfortable bunk bed in the 2nd Bedroom - Closet in both bedrooms - Large Living room with comfortable sofa bed - Dining area - Bathroom - Fully Stocked Kitchen with Stainless Steel pots, pans, utensils etc

Type# 2: Has a queen sized bed in both Master bedroom and 2nd bedroom - Closet in both bedrooms - Large Living room with comfortable sofa bed - Dining area - Bathroom - Fully Stocked Kitchen with Stainless Steel pots, pans, utensils etc - Building has 24hr. coin operated laundry area for guest use only.

Parking: There is ample street parking - off street parking also available at $10 per night or $150 monthly

Also available 1-bedroom apartments and 4-bedroom apartments, please inquire for rental rates.

RENTAL RATES (per 4 guests):

$650 @ week (4 weeks minimum)
$900 @ week (7 nights minimum)
$140 @ night (3 nights minimum)
