These two Historic “Townhomes” are comprised of one large historic home, which has been converted into two spacious and independent, side by side units. Each home has been tastefully decorated, is modernized and fully equipped with your comfort and convenience in mind. The neighborhood is eclectic, unique and very beautiful. Everyone seems to have a green thumb and pride of ownership is evident, which makes the Columbia neighborhood a favorite walking route for many locals.
These homes are conveniently located (a short walk) to; Elizabeth Park, downtown Bellingham with it’s quaint cafés, bistros, bakeries, antique shops, a popular Farmer’s Market and the interurban trail system. The marina at Zuaanich Park is a wonderful place stroll along the water as the sun sets or to dine in one of a handful of waterfront restaurants.
