It has two bedrooms, a full bathroom and is quite spacious.

It is situated in a very beautiful historic neighborhood and is walking distance to downtown, the Beach and the Marina. The neighborhood is a favorite place for locals to take their walks and bike ride. There is a large landscaped and fenced yard for your enjoyment. Responsible pet owners are warmly welcomed. The owner lives upstairs and is quiet and respectful of your privacy.
