Semi detached house with 3 bedrooms, independent bathroom and very large lounge. Dining kitchen. Lovely garden for having breakfast/dinner. Lots of pears and apples for picking!

Located in Walthamstow, 15 minutes walk to metro, then 15 minutes to central line on victoria line, london's quickest tube line. Easy access to North Circular to get out of city towards Cambridge and 1 hour to sea side.

Children welcome (but have pond so at your own risk or we can cover it if very young children are coming. Out kids love catching tadpoles and news so leave them access). Have toys and bikes available. Our own 4 and 8 year olds will be with me in Canada for the summer).

Rentals lasting longer than a month preferred.

Owner will be present for some of the summer, has own room on ground floor and will share kitchen. When he is not around, some basic garden maintenance requested (toping up the pond, mowing the lawn).

Rent will depend on needs.
£500 per week or £2000 1st month, £1800 2nd month, £1500 last month.
