Apartment OCEAN VISTA is a very unique and special apartment located on the front line to the Mediterranean Sea. This apartment offers amazing OCEAN VISTAS that will be in your memories forever. The unique beach front location of the apartment is an added luxury that only a small number of Barcelona apartments share. This feature itself will make your stay in Barcelona unforgettable.

This amazing flat is a comfortable apartment for up to 6 people. The apartment is situated quietly on the top floor of a 3 story building, overlooking the beach. (YES! there is an elevator/lift). There is 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and very spacious living/dining area. The spacious living/dining area is completely surrounded by large OCEAN VISTA windows that allow sunrays to bath the apartment with comforting natural sunlight and for you to enjoy the unforgettable images of the Barcelona beach life. The windows can be opened to let the sea breeze in and the blinds can be partially shut to provide shade or completely shut for “black out” privacy. In the living/dining area you will find TV, dinning table and chairs, 2 single beds and a large sofa bed that sleeps 2 people. The cozy bedroom has 1 comfortable double bed and large closet space. The kitchen is a nicely spaced area that is great for preparing a meal or doing laundry. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking and eating utensils, washing machine, drying machine, dishwasher, microwave, gas stove, and fridge. The apartment also has one modern bathroom with large jetted tub/shower, glass sink and toilet. The apartment is also equipped with central heating, bed linens, and towels.

LOCATION:
Apartment OCEAN VISTA is located on a quiet street in the “BARCELONETA”. The Barceloneta is a very special area, as it is the only residential area in Barcelona that is located on the beach. It is also home to Barcelona’s most popular beach! Here you will find Port Vell, boats, windsurfers, kite surfers, sunbathers, many great seafood restaurants, chiringitos (bars on the beach), cafes, supermarkets and internet cafes. The apartment is a 20 min. walk to Las Ramblas or 10 min. bus ride to the city center. Bus transportation is just a 5 min. walk and the “BARCELONETA” metro station is a 12 min. walk. There is also a car parking garage 15 minutes from the apartment. (Approximately 30 euros for 24 hrs. of parking)
