The apartments are located in the Tomis Nord Ciresica area in Constanta or in Ovidiu Square, close to the Mamaia Resort and the Ovidius University Campus. They are 2 km from the city centre, 3 km to the railway station and 4 km to the Constanta Port.

Constanta is located in Romania’s south-eastern region named Dobrogea, which is the land between the Danube River and the Black Sea. Constanta's harbour is the main Romanian port and the largest one on the Black Sea coast.
Mamaia is the largest resort on the Romanian Black Sea, it is 8 km in length and only 300 metres in width, being a strip of land between the Black Sea and Lake Siutghiol.
The beach season is at its best between mid May and late September, with average daytime temperatures of 25 to 30 degrees Celsius. The water is warm until late autumn. The beach is a 10 minutes stroll from the apartments.
