The house is available after April 15 to rent for the time you request. This house has 4 bedrooms, 5 baths, 2 big family, parking for 5 cars, big gazebo for your family reunions, exterior jacuzzi (10x10), BBQ,new kitchen with granite countertops, and other nice spaces to be relax, working, enjoy, in a nice gated community with security around it. The house come with laundry (dryer,washer), nice stove (electric), refrigerator, water heater, 2 entertainment centers, linens, towels, kitchen things,etc..
The monthly rental is $3,500.00 for long term rent with one month in advance for deposit, If you pay the year in advance I can give you a better price, thats without cable ($49.00), electricity ($80.00 to $120.00), water ($25.00), telephone basic ($24.00). I cover the landscaping maintenance and the association fee of the community. Assuming that is 1 person.
I accept cashier checks, money orders, managers checks, VISA, Mastercard, American Express, travel checks etc.
The place is near everithing, malls, fast foods, beaches, casinos, hotels, airport (main).
Im 36 years old married with 4 kids, the reason of renting this exclusive house is that I relocate to Orlando, FL
For vacation rental the fee per night is $325.00 in a minimun of three nights, or 275.00 per night in a 7 nights stay.
