Exchange Zones

We are situated on the East coast of the South Island, 10 minutes car ride from Historical Oamaru and the Penguin Viewing site.

We are 1 hours car ride North of Dunedin and 3 hours from Christchurch.

A day trip will take in the Lake District and Mount Cook our tallest mountain.

Kakanui is a dreamy little resort of about 200 hundred families, right on the Kakanui river and the Pacific Ocean.

We ourselves are about 40 meters from both. It is a great spot for surfing,
fishing, Kayaking, which we provide free, walking and generally
relaxing.

We have a restuarant, store and a tavern about 4 minutes away.

Our appartmentis attached to our house, it completely private has it's
own tiolet and bathroom.

It is completely self contained with fridge, oven, microwave, t.v. and is air conditioned.

It has 2 bedrooms,1 with a queen sive bed , the other has twin singles there is a divan in the lounge which pulls out into a double bed. You have your own private very sheltered garden with a gas B.B.Q.

We also have a Bedroom in the house
with a double bed and own end suite which we do B& B.
