Located in central Amsterdam, this apartment combines a canal view with a wide view of the modern Westerpark. In and around this Culture Park you will find trendy bars, all kinds of restaurants, galleries, a cinema and several park terraces. The apartment is located within a 15 minute walk to the historic Jordaan area and the world heritage canals of Amsterdam.

Equipped with all the essentials: a stylish double bed room, modern bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. Use your laptop to go on line (free WIFI available) or watch TV/DVD (available in the living room and in the bedroom). Dine or enjoy your breakfast on the balcony overviewing the inner garden. All you need to make your stay in Amsterdam a comfortable one.



Living room
The living room is furnished with a king size sofa, side tables, and two armchairs. It has cable television and a DVD Player. The living room offers plenty of space to relax and to enjoy the view of the park.

Bedroom
Overlooking the park, the bedroom has a queen size bed (extra long; 220 cm) with soft headboard, bedside cabinets, reading lamps. It has a Clock Radop and cable television with a DVD Player.

Bathroom
The bathroom with shower, sink and toilet has a modern look: a mix of natural grey and colorfull tiles, glass and wood. Usage of the hotel quality towels and showergel is included.

Kitchen
Overlooking the Dining area, the fully equipped kitchen includes a gas stove, eye-level microwave, refrigerator/ freezer, Nespresso and regular coffee maker, toaster, all cook ware, crockery, cutlery, glasses and a dishwasher.


Dining area
The dining area overlooks the inner garden through the balcony doors. The expressive dining table can comfortably accommodate six people.

Balcony
The 9 m2 balcony is fitted with a table an two chairs and overlooks the inner garden. The balcony is facing the south and is sunny all day. A nice place to enjoy your breakfast or evening drinks!

Location & getting around
The apartment is conveniently located in the city center, close to the old city. In and around the park you can relax, dine, and shop all within walking distance. A tram/bus stop at 100 meters of the apartment provides you with public transport connections. For example, it takes 12 minutes to the Leidseplein area by tram and 14 minutes to the Dam Square/Central Station area by bus.
