Villa Sueno is a 3-level home designed in a combination of Spanish Colonial and Baja-rustic styles. While artistically decorated in traditional Mexican style with talavera tile and Guadalajara furniture, Villa Sueno provides all the modern conveniences and amenities you expect at a first-class hotel. Each of Villas 3 suites - Birdnest , Sunrise and Sands - offers a sweeping view of the beach and the Sea of Cortez and access to the pool with palapa .

Amenities:

· Situated on a large lot of ½ acre, great for Weddings or parties.
· Villa Costa Azul can be rented as a single unit, providing a 5 bedroom, 4 bath, 3 kitchen estate. Or any of the 3 suites can be rented individually. Each suite is fully self-contained, including its own private entrance and the following amenities:
· The ground-level Sands Suite has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. There is a queen size bed in the ocean view master bedroom and a full bed in the second bedroom. There is a quaint palapa (palm frond) covered patio which is just steps away from the surf and the fabulous white sand Costa Azul beach. The Sands Suite is about 800 sq. feet.
· The second-floor Sunrise Suite provides the perfect setting for 2 couples or a family. With approximately 1300 sq. ft. the Sunrise Suite has 2 bedrooms (1 queen and 2 single beds) and 2 full baths. It also has plenty of room for entertaining, indoors, or out on the spacious balcony, where the beach and surf are always in view.
· The third-floor Birdnest Suite is a studio with adjoining living area and breakfast nook. Its elevated seclusion comes with a panoramic view of the ocean and beach. With a queen bed and full bath, the Birdnest is approx. 550 sq. ft.. It features 2 unique brick dome ceilings reminiscent of an ancient Spanish Cathedral.
· Air conditioned June thru October.
· Lines , towels and laundry.
