from:	May	1	to:	Oct	30	2,975.00	US$ / weekly

Rates are for 6 persons per night. Additional $50/person a night added upto 8 persons or $100/night. Please call for bookings over 30 days, a discount will apply Christmas/New Year's rates are $4,550/week and $650 per night for 6 persons.
Additional $200 per night for 8 persons or more.
Rates effective December 20th through January 4th and Thanksgiving week. All other holidays at regular rates. Maid service is required....Cost $150.00 per week paid to onsite manager
Option for cook is $25/day for 1 meal or $40/day for 2 meals plus cost of food paid to onsite manager. Cook is available Monday to Saturday
Smoking: We do not allow smoking in La Casa Blanca. Smoking on the deck is permitted.
Smokers must pay $250.00 additional deposit and which will be used to eliminate smoke odors if necessary.
