My condo is in a beautifully maintained building on the best swimming beach in Puerto Vallarta. My apartment is on the 5th floor with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and breathtaking views.

The luxurious condo has a 30 foot balcony with views of the whole Banderas Bay - an ideal place to sip your morning coffee while watching whales, dolphins and pelicans pass by. In the evenings watch the spectacular sunsets while sipping your favorite drink.
A spacious 1450 sq.ft.with a living room and master bedroom which both open on to the balcony. The living room has folding glass doors which open up fully to create a complete indoor/outdoor living experience. There is a large dining area and a kitchen fully equipped with everything a cook could need.

There are two bedrooms, both with ensuite baths. The bedrooms are airconditioned. The master suite has a king size bed, and a huge tiled bathtub with room for two!
The second bedroom has twin beds which can be joined to make a king.

There is a fabulous rooftop pool with sundeck, chaises and a shaded area. You have maid service every day except Sunday and holidays with fresh towels daily and twice weekly linen change.


A short walk along the beach finds parasailing, cruises, horseback riding, snorkeling, swimming and jetskiing. But if you like to spend your time under a palapa on the beach you need go no further than the front of the building, where an excellent and inexpensive restaurant will serve you drinks under your palapa, or meals at a table overlooking the beach.
Located at the quiet end of the beach in the picturesque "Old Town", Vista Del Sol is just south of the river, within easy walking distance of most of the restaurants in town. The supermarket is just two blocks away.
