a nice pleasant house in the city, located by the saharan desert and the atlantic ocean. The house is located in the most residential area of the capital city of Mauritania, Nouakchott, in the newly built northern parts of tTevragh Zeina, the most convenient and developped living area. The house is equipped with all facilities, and has a nice garden (with pomegranates and lemon trees) and a swimming pool. A terrace on the first floor overlooks the garden and the area.
The house is located next to the mosque, and the muezzin prays five times a day, which may be noisy but creates a nice atmosphere of spiritual environment nearby the Desert and the Ocean.
