It has a double bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen and a dining room with a double sofa bed. The house also has a garden, with a beach umbrella, some deckchairs and a table. There is also a yard with play toys and a swimming pool for children. It's easy reach the city by car or by bus.
In the area of Viterbo it is possible to play golf, hike, swim, ride horses, play tennis, windsurf, or fish.

Viterbo is a nice city of Etruscan origin; it has a medieval center dating back to the XIII century with beautiful towers, walls, and fountains. Viterbo was the residence of the Pope in the XIV century and so it preserves the important Papal Palace.
Thanks to the presence of sulphur thermal springs boasting the best water, there are two hot spring baths in Viterbo.

The landscape, passing over hills that are cultivated with olive trees and grape vines, descends sweetly from the modest heights of Mountains Cimini, Volsini, and Sabatini. These hills are covered with forests of chestnuts, oak, beech, and hornbeam trees. The coastal area of Maremma is clothed with the lush mantle of the Mediterranean vegetation. The city is well located and it’s very simple to make several excursions of one or two days in the vicinity of Umbria or Tuscany
