The holidays house is located between Palermo and Trapani in the wonderful seaside resort of Scopello, 500 meters far from the medieval suburb, 1000 meters far from the "faraglioni" and the ancient "tonnara" on the sea. It is very close to the Natural reserve of Zingaro. The villa has a wide garden (about 4500 square meters) and it is in a hill surrounded of saracen towers and mediterranean vegetation. Its panoramic position allows to enjoy of a wonderful landscape (it is possible to sea Ustica island too). This holiday house is composed of two double bedrooms, one triple bedroom, two bathrooms with shower, a living room with 3 beds sofa, a completely furnished kitchen inside the house, another kitchen outside, laundry, outside showers, a gazebo with barbecue area and a patio where you'll enjoy a charming view! From this villa is very easy to go to Palermo, Trapani, San Vito Lo Capo, Mazara del Vallo, Marsala, Mothia island, the "saline", Segesta, Alcamo, Calatafimi and all the most important archeological site of the western Sicily. In this area there are a lot of festival and events too: in september in San Vito Lo Capo there is the Cous Cous festival; in July there is the jazz festival at Alcamo; in the summer at Segesta there are the classic performaces in the old greek theatre. In the nearby of the villa is possible to rent ships, bikes and horses. The owner is very kind with his guests. He speaks english and french and he will help you to enjoy your stay in his villa and to discover the Scopello area

Liebevoll eingerichtetes, gepflegtes Ferienhaus in der Nähe des mittelalterlichen Dörfchens Scopello zu vermieten. Meerblick, Ruhe, schönes Ambiente. Das Häuschen besitzt drei Schlafzimmer (2 Zweibett-, 1 Dreibettzimmer), zwei kleine Bäder, eine Wohnküche, eine gut ausgestattete Außenküche unter einer überdachten Loggia, eine Außendusche (Duschhäuschen), einen Grillplatz und eine großzügige Terrasse. Der Außenbereich ist weitläufig - das Häuschen liegt in einem mit Olivenbäumen und Kaktusfeigen bepflanzten Terrain von etwa 4500m2. Traumhafter Blick auf den Golf von Castellammare. Die Entfernung zum Meer beträgt ungefähr 750 Meter. Auf halber Strecke zwischen Palermo und Trapani, zugleich am Rande eines Naturschutzgebietes gelegen, bietet die Casa Alida einen idealen Standort für einen erholsamen und abwechslungsreichen Urlaub in reizvoller Umgebung. Scopello, ein nettes Dorf in fußläufiger Entfernung mit einigen Bars und Restaurants, einer Bäckerei und einem Tante-Emma-Laden, liegt am Rande des Nationalparks "Riserva dello Zingaro" mit guten Wandermöglichkeiten und romantischen Badebuchten. Zahlreiche lohnende Ziele befinden sich gleich in der Nähe, darunter kulturelle Höhepunkte Siziliens: Palermo, Monreale, Trapani, Segesta, Selinunte, Mothia, Erice und San Vito lo Capo sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen (Fahrtzeit nach Palermo ungefähr 40 Minuten, nach Segesta ungefähr 20 Minuten). Der Flughafen von Palermo ist etwa 40 km entfernt. Preiswerte Flüge von Köln/Bonn mit Hapag Lloyd Express. Günstige Mietwagen über den ADAC. Il villino si trova a metà strada tra Palermo e Trapani, nella splendida località di Scopello a 500 mt dal borgo medioevale, a 1000 mt dai faraglioni dell'antica tonnara sul mare, al confine con la riserva naturale dello Zingaro. La villa è circondata da 4500mq di terreno e si trova su una collinetta immersa nel verde, circondata da torri saracene e vegetazione mediterranea e dominante la costa occidentale. La posizione panoramica della villa permette di godere di uno splendido paesaggio caratterizzato dall'isola di Ustica in lontananza. La casa è composta da due camere matrimoniali, una camera tripla, doppi servizi con doccia, soggiorno con divani letto, ampia cucina abitabile, ulteriore cucina esterna in muratura, lavanderia e doccia esterne in muratura, vasta zona barbecue con gazebo, patio anteriore coperto con vista sul baglio e sui Faraglioni di Scopello. L'alloggio in questa villa è la sistemazione ideale come base per escursioni a Palermo, Trapani, San Vito Lo Capo, Mazara del Vallo, Marsala, Isola di Mothia e riserva dello Stagnone, saline, Segesta, Alcamo, Calatafimi e tutti i siti archeologici e termali di notevole interesse. Da tenere in considerazione il Cous Cous festival a San Vito lo Capo nel mese di Settembre, il Jazz festival ad Alcamo nel mese di Luglio e le tragedie greche nel teatro di Segesta durante tutto il periodo estivo. Nelle vicinanze si hanno gli imbarchi per isole minori ed è possibile affittare piccole barche, gommoni e bici. C'è anche un maneggio a breve distanza. Il proprietario è una persona molto cordiale e disponibile, parla inglese e francese e vi fornirà informazioni utili sui servizi, le escursioni, le spiagge meno conosciute e tutto quello che occorre per scoprire questa zona ancora incontaminata.

La casa de vacaciones se localiza entre Palermo y Trapani en el recurso costero maravilloso de Scopello, 500 metros lejos del suburbio medieval, 1000 metros lejos del "faraglioni" y el "tonnara" antiguo en el mar. Es muy cercano a la reserva Natural de Zingaro. La casa de campo tiene un jardín ancho (acerca de 4500 metros cuadrados) y está en una colina rodeada de torres de sarraceno y vegetación mediterránea. Su posición panorámica permite gozar de un paisaje maravilloso (es posible a la isla del mar Ustica también). ¡Esta casa de vacaciones se compone de dos dormitorios dobles, un dormitorio triple, dos cuartos de baño con chaparrón, una sala de recibo con 3 sofá de camas, una cocina completamente amueblada dentro de la casa, otra cocina afuera, la ropa sucia, fuera de chaparrones, un belvedere con área de barbacoa y un patio donde usted gozará una vista encantadora! De esta casa de campo es muy fácil de ir a Palermo, Trapani, San Vito Aquí Capotasto, del de Mazara Vallo, Marsala, la isla de Mothia, el "salino", Segesta, Alcamo, Calatafimi y todo el sitio más importante arqueológico de la Sicilia occidental. En esta área hay mucha fiesta y los acontecimientos también: en septiembre en San Vito Aquí Capotasto hay la fiesta de Cous Cous; en julio hay la fiesta del jazz en Alcamo; en el verano en Segesta hay el performaces clásico en el teatro griego viejo. En el cerca de de la casa de campo es posible alquilar los barcos, las bicicletas y los caballos. El dueño es muy amable con sus huéspedes.
