It comprises one bed room, a living area with sofa bed and a lovely kitchen corner, and a bathroom with shower, bidet, washbasin. the apartment is fully equipped for comfortable self catering. Casale Galati was part of the large estate of the noble family Arone di Bertolino. The original house was built in the seventeenth century on the site of an ancient monastery. It was modelled on the Roman ‘Villa Rustica’ style, being square with a central courtyard. The present house dates from the 1970s and maintains the attractive rustic style. With its elevated position on a hill dominating the valley it offers superb views of sea and mountain as far as the eye can see. |
