The apartment is situated in one of the five blocks that make up the “Rotondo Residence”. The housing complex is well located – it is only a short walk to Porto Rotondo’s picturesque harbour but is far enough away to escape the noise and bustle of the centre. A supermarket, post-office, bank and a number of restaurants are all close by. A number of beaches can be reached on foot, including the famous “Sporting” beach (10-15minutes). Other beaches – such as Ira, Contrlra, Sassi, Alge, la Ruska, Punta Volpe) are best reached by car (or by bicycle).

The Rotondo Residence is immersed in greenery, even at the height of summer. It is maintained to the highest standards and offers a truly welcoming place to stay. There is a swimming pool with a life-guard and a small toddler pool A small restaurant-cum-bar is open during the day and in the evenings.

The two-level apartment can sleep up to six people. The upper floor consists of a double bedroom and a single bedroom, a bathroom and storage space. The ground-floor has a further double bedroom, a bathroom (with washing matchine), a sitting room (with TV aerial socket), a small open-plan “American-style ” kitchen (opening on to the sitting room) and an outside terrace.

The ample garden (approx. 800m2) includes a lawn area, a small wooded copse, an outdoor barbecue and a small covered terrace. The garden also contains an illuminated gazebo (40 m2) with a cooking area, running water and electricity.

Guests at the apartment have access to a reserved parking space (#83) in the Resident’s main parking area.

Plates, cutlery and cooking equipment are available. Bed linen and towels are not provided. Utility costs (water, electricity and gas) and cleaning are not the responsibility of people using the apartment. There is no telephone in the apartment (payphones are located nearby).
