The maisonette, about 30 square metres,
is suitable for 2 adults at the most
and is composed of:
* a single living / bed room;
* a bathroom;
* a kitchenette;
* another little room.
Both internal and external showers.
Independent heating.
Overlooking panoramic terrace, large and neat garden with parking area.
The maisonette boasts a washing machine, but bed/bath linen is not provided.

The maisonette is part of a village situated in Valle d'Itria, a famous tourist zone of Apulia.
The village is about 15 km (about 15 minutes by private means of transport - very smooth-flowing road) from the Marina di Ostuni [Seashore of Ostuni], which boasts both (free and pay) fine sand beaches and cliff.

An ideal choice to spend relaxing holiday in a panoramic village which is full immersed in the picturesque nature of Valle d'Itria (a famous tourist zone of Apulia), the maisonette is valued also for the barycentric location as regards Ostuni (the "Città Bianca [White City]" with its "Bandiera Blu [Blue Flag] 2009" and and "5 Vele Guida Blu [5 Blue Guide Sails] 2009" seaside), Cisternino (one of the "I Borghi più belli d'Italia [The most beautiful Villages of Italy]"), Martina Franca (the place of the "Festival Nazionale della Valle d'Itria [National Festival of Valle d'Itria]") and Ceglie Messapica (with its typical gastronomy), and for the relative proximity to other tourist places such as Fasano (with its Zoosafari [Safari park] and its Selva [Wood]), Alberobello (the capital of Trulli [it is the name of the typical Apulian small round houses of stone with a conical roof]), the Grotte di Castellana [Caves of Castellana], etc.

How to organize your stay (in high season):
* each stay is from Saturday to Saturday;
* check-in at about 12 noon;
* check-out in the morning at about 10 am.
