In fact, the spirit of this property is very strong, strong in the way it looks... like the true and unspoilt Umbria...the Umbria known for its original flavors, traditions and produces. Our products: Umbrian flavors and traditions: Our 1000 olive trees produce a fine and high quality olive oil considered one of the best in Italy ( got the DOP ).
From the various and generous fruit trees we produce a fine collection of hand made marmellata either as fresh fruit and free of pesticides. Our kitchen garden offers a choice of fresh and biological/organic vegetables, and we also love to look for wild asparagous and fresh mushrooms (when in season, the area is very rich in delicious mushrooms like porcino, etc). We love a natural agriculture...all of our products are taken directely from the ground.

One of the wonderful things about this holiday home is that it was restored in a way which maintains the beautiful Umbrian charm and Italian spirit. In fact, the apartment was once an old stable. The apartment consists of a full kitchen with direct access to an open patio in a lush green garden. The apartment also has a large living room with a sofa, sofa-bed, color TV, a large double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The apartment is arranged like a typical loft where the rooms lead into one another and there are no doors. There is also a space for you to park your car. It is perfect for a couple or a family of four.
