Our low season rates are $75 per night, $500 per week, or $1,750 per month. High season rates are $90 per night, $600 per week, or $2,000 per month. The rates are linked to the US Dollar and include VAT, city tax, Satellite TV, fast ADSL & WI-FI Internet connections, reasonable electricity consumption, water etc. They do not include extra cleaning, laundry, food, damage and excessive electricity consumption.

Check-in on Sundays to Thursdays is from 2:00 PM and on Fridays from 12:30 to 3:00 PM. Check-out on Sundays to Thursdays is by 11:00 AM and on Fridays by 9:00 AM. Please note that we don't work on Shabbat and Jewish holidays.

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a 50% non-refundable deposit and the balance is paid upon arrival.
