A wonderfull and warm place for two people with a nice garden.Located near the portown of Rafina, with magnificent view of the sea. This is a two levels house at which the first level (ground floor) is the rental part (most common way of most rentals in Greece).
There's one double bedroom, a full kitchen, one bathroom, a large living room with fireplace, stereo, TV, desk and a nice garden with BBQ.Two exits, one at the front (garage) and one at the back (garden).Central heating also available for winter periods. A fully loaded kitchen-with seating for up to four people- is available to make coffee or to cook food. Shops such as bakery, mini market and fast food located 5-10 minutes walking distance. |
