The house is located near the Port of Rafina, the central port of departures for most Greek islands. There are daily excursions available to many islands, swimming or snorkeling. Many beaches near the house as well as magnificent water facilities at Schinias ( 15 km away). There is a horse riding club within 5 km.Athens is 1hour by car.The closest metro station is 45 minutes by car. The towns of Nea Makri and Artemis just a few minutes drive.Coastal road also for visiting all east Attica from Marathon (north) to Sounio (south). Many driving directions and location of sites is given in printed matter for your convenience. Personal driver also available for daily tours.

Villa Rafina is a kind of vacations resort which offers everything that you may need and even more! It is a three levels building and there are two rental options available. The NORMAL RENTAL, at which the ground floor is the rental part and stands as a full unit with all amenities, including all outside grounds, that can accomodate up to five people.And then it is the FULL RENTAL part which includes all three levels and the outside grounds, available to accomodate up to ten people.
During the normal rental, the homeowner (and manager) live on the above floors providing you with helpfull informations and any kind of service that you may need.
