Villa ZINOVIA is a fully equipted house (telephone, T.V, air condition, bathrooms, heating, refrigerator, coffee machine, juice machine cooker) with three comfortable double rooms and a spacefull seating room, with carved wooden ceiling, stone made walls, arches, and a traditional stone oven. All the above combined with a fantastic garden and a delightful swimming pool, although the sea is just a few minutes distance by car.
The building is being carefully renovated back to its traditional original form and has been characterized as traditional-preserved by the Hellinic Ministry for the Enviroment, Physical planning and Public works as well as by Greek National Tourism Organization
