SURROUNDING AREA
Situated at the foot of the Penteli Mountains, Rea is an upscale suburb north of Athens. It is a peaceful residential area with villas, pine trees, and vast gardens. The apartments are a 15-minute drive from the Kifissia tube station (10 minutes to the Athens Olympic complex), and 5 minutes from the Athens-Lamia national road (Varibombi junction), which is the main axis leading to the Olympic venues in 2004 (20 minutes drive). Kifissia has a wonderful selection of restaurants, cafés, clubs, and designed boutiques. It is an ideal spot for daytrips into Athens, to the Attica beaches, or just relaxing by the pool. There are supermarkets, stores, restaurants, cafes, banks and pharmacies within a 5-minute drive. Renovated in 2004, the two independent apartments are located in a converted 3-storey building. They are spacious and tastefully decorated. Both enjoy views of the nearby Penteli Mountains. The apartments share a large garden (1000m2) and a swimming pool. The owner lives in a 2nd floor apartment in the building. A rental car is recommended, although taxis and public transport are also convenient.
