For those who wish to stay in a quiet, and very central apartment, this large 27m˛ studio is on the Rue de Sévigné in the 4th arrondissement.
On the 2nd floor walk up, your place has a quasi separted bedroom which allows 4 people to stay in.

When entering the place you’ll appreciate the wooden floor and the brand new furnitures.
All the apartment is facing the courtyard, so it’s quiet but there’s no special view.
The room is furnished with a sofa (which can be turned into a bed for 2 people) a coffee table, a dining table with 4 chairs.

In the same room the fully equipped kitchen part allows you to cook at home. Fridge, vitroceramic plates, extractor hood, sink, coffee maker and kettle. In all the cupboards you’ll find all the crockery, pots, pans and utensils needed for short or medium stay in Paris.

The bedroom is separated from the living but there’s no door between the two spaces.
It is furnished with a double bed, a large wardrobe, a desk with a computer and a high speed internet connection.

From this room you access the bathroom fitted with a shower, a washbasin, mirror and restrooms.
Linen and towels are provided.

Location : Enjoy this mythic area, between The Picasso museum and the famous Place des Vosges, your apartment is really well located. This area is packed with a lot of restaurants, small designer boutiques, and the best bakeries and wine shops of the capital. You can easily walk to the Seine, the St Louis Island or the 5th arrondissement.

Closest metro : St Paul (line 1) this line is direct to the Louvre and the Champs Elysees, or Chemin Vert (line 8) this line brings you to Republique, Bastille but also to Concordes, Invalides or Ecoles Militaire close to the Eiffel Tower
