2 very large bedrooms. Master has kingsize antique French bed, private balcony with views over the front garden and adjacent fields. There is an upstairs bathroom with rainshower, bath, sink and WC.

Second bedroom has twin single beds (adult sized) and ensuite shower room with shower, sink & WC. Views over the field towards Chateau Lafitte and the swimming pool.

Both bedrooms have ceiling fans.

Large kitchen with French farmhouse table. Cosy area with sofas & downstairs WC. Utility room off kitchen with American fridge/freezer, washing machine & dishwasher.

Very large sitting/dining room with satellite TV, DVD, VCR & music centre with connection for an Ipod. Large Victorian mahogany table which seats up to 4 people.

Large 12m x6m swimming pool. Fields, woods and wonderful views.
