It takes 20 minutes only by direct metro line to go to the heart of Paris,le Marais,the banks of the river Seine and Notre Dame and St Michel are not far. The area is popular but quiet with nearby shops. The building is modern and secured.There is a caretaker. The flat,(56 sq.yards) at the 6th floor with an elevator has an entrance,a bathroom with a bath and toilets,a fully equipped kitchen (electric cooker,micro waves,dish washer,washing machine and fridge with a freezer),a living room with a confortable sofa-bed,in the bedroom there is a very confortable queen sized bed. There is a video too. The flat is sunny with a nice balcony and very quiet. It is facing a private garden ,roofs and trees. |
