The 2-storey house (+ 100m2 basement)surrounded by olive orchards, is located in beautiful Provencal nature with vineyards and small mountains.

The house which can sleep 7 persons contains: Combined living and dining room with open fireplace and satellite TV and direct access to large terrace with view. 3 large bedrooms, one of them with a terrace and beautiful view, (+ 1 bedroom in the basement without windows). 2 bathrooms - one with bidet and bathtup, the other with shower cabinet. 3 toilettes. Large well equipped kitchen with dining section and direct access to large covered terrace with barbecue.

Outdoor swimming pool (6x3.35m. Depth from 1 to 1.60m) with flagstoned terrace area. A very charming 1,200m2 garden in different levels. Small petanque area.

Only 55 km. to Cannes and 35 km. to the nearest beach.
