Very central to the beach (about 30 seconds away), and the most popular tourist destinations in Tamarindo and some of the most popular places in Costa Rica.
Comfortably sleeps up to 6 people with approximately 1,250 square feet (116 square metres). We can help to rent other condo units in the same complex or throughout much of Guanacaste, as well as near Quepos. There are two private bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a fair size closet, a view overlooking the pool, with a partial ocean view. There is also a sliding door out to the spacious private balcony. There is also a master ensuite (private washroom). The second bedroom has a queen size bed. It has a private door leading to a bathroom that has a 2nd door which leads to the kitchen/family room area. Two bathrooms, both of which have a toilet, sink and shower. The shower in the master bathroom is larger than a typical stand up shower and could be used for bathing young children. Full kitchen, including fridge, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker to enjoy some fresh brewed Costa Rican coffee. You can local coffees within a couple minutes walk of the condo. The kitchen has most of the other things you would typically use, such as, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, glasses. The owners are from Canada, and have they have traveled to Tamarindo without experiencing any sickness from drinking the water. There are many people from the US and Europe who also live in the area and have not experienced problems with the water. We won't guarantee you won't have a problem but with tourism being the main industry in this area they appear to have installed some decent public water purification. The family room has a 42" Samsung Plasma TV with a Cable TV connection. You will be able to receive both Spanish and English television. Washer and Dryer on site. Basically all the amenities of a typical North American home/condo. We spent three weeks looking at real estate up and down the North West Pacific Coast and around Quepos (Manual Antonio National Park) of Costa Rica before purchasing this condo. We purchased in Tamarindo because we found it to be the best blend of being able to do the various eco-tours, surfing, beaches, restaurants, golfing. We purchased at this condo complex because it was so central to everything in town. Once you arrive you don't need access to a vehicle unless you are leaving town. It is easy to hire a taxi. The condo is about a 50 minute car ride to the international airport in Liberia, and just a few minutes drive from the national airport in Tamarindo. |
