ADDITIONAL AMENITIES: On the 3rd floor of the building is the swimming pool, kitchen, bath rooms, jacuzzi, gym, sauna and steam room.
On the 2nd floor there is a Laundry/Valet Services where you can have your cloths cleaned for $5,000 pesos per load. (rates subject to change without notice)
ADDITIONAL SERVICES: -STUDENT/UNIVERSITY TRIPS:We can also book larger groups and University trips depending on availability of apartments.
OPTIONAL SERVICES:
We can arrange for the apt to be cleaned and the sheets and towels changed as often as you wish, for an additional $15 each visit.
Take a horse carriage ride thru the old city during the day or night, see the plazas, churches, museums, casinos, nightclubs and chiva tours or Visit the Rosario islands. For a day and relax on the white sandy beaches of Playa Blanca. The list is endless and the choice is yours.
Windsurfing, Waterskiing, Swimming, Surfing, Snorkeling/Diving, Sailing, Parasailing, Jet Skiing, Fishing, Boating, Theaters / Cinemas, Spa, Sightseeing, Shopping, Restaurants, Museums, Fitness Center / Gym, Romantic horse carriage rides.
Each day here begins with an activity for the whole family: history, entertainment, shopping or sun, the choice is yours.

Traveling overseas is always a concern. Staying at this Condo put me at great ease. The onsite Management and Security were awesome. Accomadations were a 10 on 10. The proximity to all the fine places to go was excellent. Taxis are always parked in front of the building waiting for you not that you need them. Restuarants and bakeries within a stones throw of the building. Casinos within walking distance. Leaving was a snap. Airport was only 10 minutes away. Think the cab ride was $5 US. I highly recommend these accomadations to anyone that wants to sample the wonderful people, food and beauty of Cartegena.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed both the unit and the building. It was perfect in every way. It came fully equipped with the essential small appliances and kitchenware. And, it was spotless with beautiful ceramic floors. The building's excellent pool and exercise facilities were also a big plus. The excellent location offered walking access to lots of shops, restaurants, grocery stores and the beach. We know where we'll be staying on our next vacation.......here!

The place is exactly as you see it on the website. It is an excellent place to stay in Cartagena! Great location, very nice, modern, and clean building. The apartment itself has a great view of the ocean and a nice breeze all day. Also has great security. I would definitely stay there again. It was very convenient .

This place was great! By far, one of the best places to stay in Cartegena!! It was very clean - and very new. It had a pool and gym in the complex as well. I highly recommend staying here!!!!
