Exchange Zones

We wish to rent our home to responsible tenants, March 6 - 20th and @ July 18 - Aug. 8th, 2010. Our 1986 custom-built home is centrally located near trendy Commercial Drive, minutes from parks, tennis courts, buses, Skytrain (15 minutes to Downtown cultural and sports venues), and Trout Lake Community Centre (Olympic ice rink). We are 10 minutes by car to the highway to Cypress Mountain and Whistler-Blackcomb ski resort. (In March, you can still ski the 3 local mountains that are 30-45 minutes from our door. Whistler is 2 hours by car.) Our home has lovely views of the city and North Shore mountains from two balconies. The main floor has an open plan, with a large kitchen suitable for light or gourmet cooking. This is a friendly family- oriented neighbourhood. We are also interested in home exchange. We plan to travel to London, Budapest and Rumania this summer. We would also consider non-simultaneous home exchange to Costa Rica, South America, Turkey, Greece, Hawaii, New Mexico, Yukon, Iqaluit and many other places.
