This fully winterized beach house located on the private sandy Youghal Beach situated on the Bay of Chaleur offers something special for each season. During the summer months, seasonal temperatures can be enjoyed by building sandcastles, beach combing and "walking the bars", topped off with a mess of lobsters & other seafood delights, or sampling those Hot Wing Wednesdays at the nearby Marina and, for the golfers,a round of golf at the Gowan Brae Golf Course just a 10 minute drive away. Fall asleep to the sound of the surf. Winter offers solitude for reading and writing, X-country skiing and, for the not so faint of heart, a polar bear swim. The nearest downhill facilities are just a 45 minute drive away at Sugar Loaf in Campbellton. Bathurst is situated on the wide network of skidoo trails maintained by the skidoo enthusiasts of New Brunswick.
