- 50% deposit due at time of booking (Non-refundable)
- Additional 25% deposit for 10, 2010
- Final 25% due one month prior to check in.
- Payments are accepted in Cash, credit card, Money Order Certified Bank Draft or Bank Wire Transfer/ Money Order, Certified cheque
- $1800 /$2500 refundable Security/damage deposit required and to be paid separately upon moving in (depending on length of stay).

It will be 100% refunded upon moving out on the last day if no damage to the property.

- Tenancy Rental agreement and moving-in inspection form will be signed up.
- One week minimum rental during Olympic Games (Feb. 12-28)
