The sunken living room has a TV (local channels), DVD, and CD-Radio player. All bedrooms are air-conditioned with two single beds, fitted wardrobes and vanity unit. All other areas have ceiling fans. The master bedroom benefits from an ensuite full bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven/stove, microwave, fridge and, a full range of cooking utensils. Sun loungers and a B-B-Q are also available for your convenience. A washing-machine is also available in the laundry room. The telephone can be used for local and outgoing collect calls. Personal calling cards can be used for international calls.

Linens and beach towels are supplied.

For rainy days or times when you want to escape the sun, a shaded enclosed patio off the sunken living room and, a covered terrace off the bedrooms are available. The lush grounds are fenced on all sides with ample parking inside the property. For added security, wrought-iron grilles cover the windows and all access points.

Access to the beach is across the street, beside the main building of the Discovery Bay Hotel. A short walk, to the south, on this beach and you'll find Cocomos and Surfside beach bars offering snacks and drinks.
