Three-room apartment with a long wide balcony where you get a magnificent view to tree tops. The apartment has living room, two rooms, bathroom, toilette, kitchen and laundry.
The apartment has 60 square meters plus a long wide balcony of 7 meters. The apartment faces the street but at the same time is quiet and silent. It has wooden floors and every room has direct connection to the balcony giving them excellent light and sun.
The living room is equipped with a table and chairs for four people, a sofa, a bookshelf and TV set. This room has air conditioning equipment and a gas chimney.
The main room is pleasant and spacious with big wardrobes. The room has a queen size bed, TV set and is also connected to the wide balcony. Additionally, it has a fan and electric heating.
The second room is smaller and is equipped with two trundled beds (one under the other) with very good mattresses. This room also has air conditioning equipment and electric heating.
The main bathroom is fully equipped. (toilet, bidet, bath and shower) and has been completely redesigned recently. Shower Towels as well as hand towels are included for up to four people. Hair dryer is also available.
Furthermore the property has a reception toilette.
The kitchen is modern, roomy and has a special space where to have breakfast. It has fridge (with freezer), coffee maker, iron and toaster. Apart from the kitchen there is a laundry where you will be able both to wash (washing machine) and dry your clothes.
