A sunny walled patio to the front of the cottage with outdoor furniture is suitable for sunbathing/relaxing. Parking is at the front. With no steps on the ground floor the cottage is suitable for people with walking difficulties.
Walking distance to shops, beaches, playground, harbour/marina, river-mouth and Nairn’s two championship golf courses.
Dolphins boat-trips run from the harbour, & miles of sandy beaches stretch eastwards to Culbin Forest & RSPB Reserve.
